Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Memloft Books, a service of Victory AV, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our QuickBooks Online integration ("Service").

1. Information We Access

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access:

• Authentication data — OAuth tokens to maintain a secure connection to your QuickBooks account
• Company information — Your company name, address, and fiscal year settings
• Financial data — Chart of accounts, account balances, transactions, vendors, and customers as needed to provide the Service

We access only the data necessary to deliver the features you use. We do not access data from QuickBooks services you have not connected.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Display your accounts, transactions, and balances within the application
• Categorize and organize transactions for bookkeeping purposes
• Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports
• Assist with tax preparation by organizing relevant financial data

3. Data Storage

Your financial data is processed locally on your device or within your authorized cloud environment. We store OAuth authentication tokens securely to maintain your QuickBooks connection. We do not maintain copies of your financial data on our servers beyond what is needed for active sessions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party. Your data is transmitted only between your device and the QuickBooks Online API as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and minimal data retention. Access tokens are refreshed regularly and revoked upon disconnection.

6. Disconnecting

You may disconnect Memloft Books from your QuickBooks Online account at any time. Upon disconnection:

• All stored authentication tokens are deleted
• No further data will be accessed from your QuickBooks account
• Any locally cached data is removed

You can also disconnect from within QuickBooks Online under Apps > Manage Apps.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
